Badal wants Finance ministry to issue coins of Sikh warrior

Chandigarh, Jan 29 Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal today urged the Union Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee to issue limited special edition coins of Rs 5 and Rs 10 denomination minted in the memory of the great Sikh warrior, Baba Banda Singh Bahadur, as a befitting tribute to his martyrdom being observed as tercentennial ‘Fateh Divas’ on May 12 this year.
