    2) By the states
    3) I don’t understand the question. I don’t see how it could apply since you do not store money there nor draw from it. How else would such info be useful to the Gestapo?

    The governing body for financial institutions in the US is the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). But hedge funds are not included.
