Quinn apologizes for late campaign finance filing

METHUEN — City Council Chairwoman Deborah Quinn apologized to the public for submitting her campaign finance report four days late on Friday. “I apologize to the people of Methuen. It should have been in on time,” Quinn told The Eagle-Tribune.
