NEW YORK — Shares of some top finance companies are mixed at noon: Bank of America rose $.05 or .3 percent, to $16.75. Citigroup rose $.06 or 1.7 percent, to $3.56. JPMorgan Chase fell $.08 or .2 percent, to $42.73.
