Ability to finance projects sees Sigma stock soar

Shares in Sigma Capital rose 11% after the Scottish investment business in which Sir Tom Hunter has a significant stake reported that it seemed to be getting easier to finance developments in the key commercial property market, providing another sign that the worst of the downturn may be over.
