Estonia Says Seeking Loan to Finance Budget Deficit

March 31 — Estonia’s Finance Ministry said the nation is seeking a loan to help finance its budget deficit on top of funds already approved by the European Investment Bank. The Tallinn-based ministry didn’t say from which institutions the loan was being sought.
